It is too short a time to assess reliability but my wife uses it every day and is likes it.

Disappointed
It took a while to come.After two weeks the timer knobs split .So I now have to use a screwdriver to turn it on.

Cheap but not worth it
It's the old addage, you get what you pay for, it works but the control knobs are flimsy and split easily, the timer one split after one use. If this lasts a full 12 months I will be amazed, luckily this was bought for my 80 year old mother so will not be used constantly, if you want something akin to a salon look elswhere, as I stated it's cheap so expect cheapness.
