I love these supplements. I take 3 of them twice a day. I noticed a big difference in my stomach being flatter after a few weeks of taking them consistently. Helps bowel movements and keeps everything going as it should.

I have used this product for a long time. Whatever other products I use along with it for gut health, this one is gentle and has prebiotic and probiotic in it. It is priced reasonably for a wonderful product.

Been using for a little over a month. I take 2 capsules with each meal and feel less bloated when using this supplement. No ill-effects as of now and continuing to use.

I don't understand why people say you need 6 a day when the bottle clearly says dosage is 3 a day! I have IBS and this together with an excellent probiotic is perfect. Works as it's supposed to and has enormously helped. I continue to take it and when I showed it to my gastro doc he totally approved. So that's good enough for me. But seriously, where did they get the 6 a day dosage from? Not necessary.
