I bought this keyboard in used, like new condition. I wouldn't recommend doing that if you want all the accessories but fortunately customer service is amazing and went above and beyond to take care of my problem (I know, I sound like a fake review, but it's not if you can believe it).Other than that I love it. I'm not super particular about keyboards but this one is super pretty and feels solid, has nice backlight options and sounds good but isn't too loud (for me personally. Maybe in an office environment it would drive your cubicle neighbor crazy)Give it a try!

I love this keyboard, has the perfect amount of Click Clacks (The noise while typing). Connection is easy, just plug in a usb, the keyboard has tons of customization options, can change the color, change the volume of computer, can change color gradiant, Feels nice and like an expensive keyboard. My wife keeps trying to steel my keyboard for herself.

This is such an amazing keyboard and it is so smooth for a factory keyboard! I am new to customizing and I was able to replace the keycaps with pudding keycaps from Ranked here on Amazon and now it looks purely white with the RGB shining through! I am so glad I found this instead of settling for the white keyboard because the RBG looks awesome! There is some frame rate lag with some settings, but other than that this is an awesome keyboard and I needed something with a num pad for work while also being able to game and this is the perfect in-between.Bottom line: If you want it, get it! No regrets at all! This is hot-swappable and customizable, what more could you ask for? :-)

I've always loved keyboards, but I don't have the skill nor the budget to buy multiple keyboards and the numerous supplies that go with them. I felt like this keyboard was a great first keyboard. It's hot swappable, has bright backlights with a number of different lighting programs, and comes with a quick mute button/scroll bar for volume. I also appreciate the number pad, as I use my computer for a lot of spreadsheets.The factory switches that come with this keyboard have a nice sound, but I am unfortunately not astute enough to describe it well. They're not clicky nor are they silent. The switches are also quite easy to change and this setup also comes with a combo keycap/switch puller.I'm very pleased with this keyboard so far and I'm excited to further customize it with new switches and keycaps.

The keys feel great and the battery is superb. Connectivity can be a bit tricky when I comes to Bluetooth. Sometimes, it can only connect through a 3.0 connection instead of the preferred 5.0 connection.There's two switches on the back of the keyboard, one's to turn or turn off the keyboard's wireless functionality, and one's to switch from 2.4Ghz to Bluetooth. Wired option works as well.The keyboard comes with four extra mechanical switches that the keyboard itself uses and a key cap puller which can also pull the mechanical switch if it's needs to be replace.One minor complaint is that this comes with RBG. With the keycaps not having transparent letters, the letters won't glow, so it wouldn't be as cool. I recommend to never use the RBG function, because turning that off will make the battery last for a long time. Besides, it's annoying to look at unless it's a simpler color with a tolerable pattern, which you can do if you read the instruction manual or by looking it up on the internet.

I cannot stress how long I’ve been looking for the perfect keyboard. Something full size with numpad, with volume control, usb pass thru. This thing on day one blows my mind. It links to my work computer and my iPad so I can function literally anywhere. Rbg is always an added aesthetic and unnecessary compared to functionality for me but I’m so happy it has it too. The volume control seems to be sturdy unlike an old competitor keyboard that I had issues with. Again despite being a “full-size” keyboard this one is smaller than the old keyboard with all the needed functions I desire. I’m simply in love. I will stick with this brand and let friends who need similar functions know too. Get 👏this 👏 keyboard 👏
