CholulaTequila & Lime Reserva Hot Sauce (Crafted with 100% Agave Tequila), 5 fl oz

This is, hands-down, the best tasting hot sauce I have ever had. I received a gift set of Cholula hot sauces, because I love the classic Cholula. When browsing Amazon, I came across this additional flavor I did not have, so I immediately bought it. My first taste was on pizza, where it added a brightness that complemented the pizza very well. However, the real magic is on Mexican and Tex-Mex food. This has a great lime citrus flavor, and the tequila is subtle but it's there. It elevates Mexican spices. I wanted to take it with me to the Mexican restaurant but saved myself the embarrassment. Get this sauce, it is incredible!

I think this is the best hot sauce I've ever had. The taste is complex. It's similar in heat to tobasco sauce if anyone's looking for a frame of reference. Is consider that mild to medium. I was worried the tequila would be overpowering and harsh based on some other reviews here, but it isn't. It may not be for everyone, but I highly recommend trying this one at least once!

Very very good sauce

I was not a fan. I love the original Cholula so I thought I would give this one a try. I brought it to work where we all love the original. As one of my coworkers put it “it tastes like feet.” I don’t know what feet taste like but it can’t be good. Stick to the original, it’s the best.

Nice little add on for bean dip or even like the name applies, tequila margaritas amigo. You know who likes margaritas the most? Not thad castle from BMS, that man loves mojitos!!!

Had to try this when it came out. I wasn’t a fan of the flavor. My boyfriend liked it a little bit more than me. When making tacos, I like to add a couple drops with lime to the seasoned meat and mix it all up in the pan before serving.
