thought it was a gimmick; now i am a believer.
i've been seeing the ergonomtic designed rows and lat pulldowns, and i'm like, there's no way this is better than say loop handles or just bars.now, after getting a pair of these hands and work with them, they're worth the price and hype.my own complaint, is that i wish these came with rotating carabiner. most cables rotate anyways but it would be nice especially if you buy the adjustable bar.definitely recommend it.

Game changing attachment.
Very well madecin both material used and design. This thing is so versatile. Can use on multiple exercises. Best part is it allows for crazy ROM and peak contractions compared to flat bars and most ropes. Well worth the money.

Not bad!
These have a nice, smooth feel to them and work great. Just beware that the carabiners that they ship with are junk. One had some stickiness on it and the other snapped open and broke the second I tried to press it open. I am using some spares.

This product is both affordable and amazing!!!
The difference these make in the gym is world class. Any exercise requiring grip strength is easy to push beyond the limits of standard straps. For me the difference is 495 pound raw barbbell rows are now 675 pounders for 8 for sets.

It's good, one side is noticably off a little.
It's a good piece of equipment. It is sturdy. But one side is slightly off a tad bit on the paddle-handle.I like it, but i think i'm going to return it for a replacement. Any slight discrepancy on the handle can make a difference on the lift

Great addition to the gym
So far I cant complain about anything. I think they will get scratched up a bit, but hey thats what they are for.

works for chest cable flys
By attaching daisy chains to each end you can do decent chest cable flys. I bought the handles as well and it's great for lat pull downs. Worth it.

A good sturdy product
A very strong sturdy build. A little bulky, but great for back movements, pull downs and rows. Rotating handles is a bonus. A nice piece of equipment for every home gym.Overall it wasn't for me. But I would still recommend the product for people who like to switch things up.

Looks like the original
Iâve seen these in a lot of videos on YouTube and came across a few reviews. These are about a fraction of the price of primes and as far as I can tell theyâre exactly the same.Itâs a pretty simple design, and pretty easy to replicate. When it comes down to it, Iâm pretty sure the difference is in the paint/coating thatâs on these. It just looks like regular paint thatâs been clear coated rather than actual powder coat or an expensive finish.I ordered both the short and long bar, each bar both had paint peeled off on the side edge. The paint is also uneven so itâs a high gloss on one side and it looks like they missed the clear coat on the other side where itâs just flat, and you can see some of the clear coat overspray.Overall Iâd still say these are a good investment. The paint will definitely peel off overtime from use.The only other downside are the Caribeaners which are really cheap. I had to fix one of them because the pin was sticking out on the hinge.First picture shows the paint chipped offSecond shows a portion of the bar thatâs not clear coated, and flat paint.

Fitness Spreader - Just OK
First and foremost you can tell that the build quality is significantly worse than the actual Prime RO-T8 spreader bar from the chips in the powder coat to the noise it makes and the handle rotation. It works just fine as a knock off. It was $79 CAD shipped vs $193 USD shipped. If you have the cash, Iâd recommend the Prime Fitness version as itâs significantly better in quality. However, the functionality of the knock off is fine. Weâll see how long till it falls apart.
