Effective piece of kit but, even though Bas Rutten stresses how tough this is, the end blew off while I was using it. No good.

Awesome product. Works great. Bas is the man. Unfortunately this got "delivered" using dpd, who, I am confident, has never successfully completed a single delivery in the entirety of their existence as a company.. Without even trying to deliver to my home and stated delivery address, they instead randomly delivered it to a supermarket down the street, and never even notified me about it?? Bizarre..

I was scepticall at first. After a week i did see some increase in my stamina but i waited one and a half month to be sure. Yes it does work! My stamina is a lot better. I can expand my chest more and funny enough after exercise too i actually can feel i use my back muscles when i brathe:) i cant wait what results i will get after a year or something. Highly recomended

What a great item I use it when I go to the gym I know the difference with useing is when I was in the ring I did a charity boxing Match when I was useing it and I over powered the guy with my breathing and Keped It under control I would recommend it to anyone who wants to keep fit
