This Sushi Shamoji is very convenient and makes more authentic nigirizushi (rice with sliced raw fish on top). I used to make nigirizushi using hand like a sushi chef, but with this device, my hand never touches the rice because I fill the shamoji with sushi rice using a fork or a spoon and press on the top of non-stick flat surface, Nicely shaped and very uniform sized sushi rice ball will pop out. I have used other similar devices, but they tend to make very large rice ball which I don't care much.

Cumple con su cometido, aunque el pládtico se ve algo suave, no sé si con el uso a largo plazo se pueda deteriorar.

Aggeggio è meraviglioso! Le polpette di riso vengono perfette: compatte, ordinate e di giusta misura. Consegna è avvenuta nei tempi previsti. Tutto perfetto!
