The controller is good, the joysticks feel nice and smooth, the addition of back paddles is awesome and it feels good for a budget controller. I would go as far as to say I prefer this over the original Xbox controllers I am replacing. Only downside is sometimes it takes a bit to connect, I’ve had it disconnect in the middle of a match but it reconnects right away. Other than that it’s great.

Love this controller. The sticks are perfect and the paddles are in a spot where they don't interfere if you don't want to use them. Triggers are meh but they're fine. The app is very intuitive and has more features than I'd ever need. I have pretty small hands and this controller is the best shape and size of any controller I've used. Just kinda wish it had the option to be used wirelessly.

The best Xbox controller I've ever used hands down! Comfort level is unmatched. It fits perfectly in my large hands. The programmable buttons and paddles on the back work as advertised. The game changer for me is of course the anti-stick drift. I could not keep an Xbox controller that is packaged with the Xbox for longer than a month before stick drift would inevitably kick in. That is finally a thing of the past! The length of cord is long enough it won't cause any problems in most rooms. Gamesir is on top!

Besides the up on the d-pad not always working this controller its amazing. I had a elite series 2 controller before this, and not wanting to put up with all the problems that come with that controller again. I decided to get this one. the back paddles feel nice and the sticks are smooth. the controller is really light and feels it could break easy but. The controller does have a app on the xbox store so setting up the different controller modes is easy. Honestly good value for what you pay.

So far so good for the price, its really not a bad controller

No joy in getting a new item and it stops working shortly after. The controller constantly disconnects. Luckily there is a lot of information online about it, however, despite all the attempts to fix by downloading software updates, etc., it comes down to a bad usb cable. Apparently this is a common problem.Edit: Contacted customer services and they attempted to have me go through all the steps I had already told them I had done. They then indicated they would get back to me about getting a replacement cable. Have not heard from them after a week. Ordered a different USB cable via amazon, but oh it does not fit because they have the port deep into the controller and too narrow for the sheilding. The new cable works fine on a number of other devices so will keep it for that. Very disappointed in this controller.As an additional note, it does not take stick extenders becuase the thumbstick heads are extra wide.

I own two Microsoft Elite controllers and after replacing the broken shoulder buttons twice on one, once on the other then abandoning it due to severe stick drift, I just gave up.I heard that "hall effect" sticks are more resilient to drift so I tried this and loved it out of the box.Great feel, solid design. To itemize:- shoulder buttons feel good. Nothing special, but a remarkable improvement over the MS elite.- back buttons are better than the elite for me; not intrusive an prevent accidental presses.- config app is UX is identical to the MS app. Three(3) available slots for hot-swap configs.- D-pad feels amazing; best way to explain it is "a controller version of an MX brown input".- Built-in volume control with a dedicated mute button (excellent for my mid-match sneezes)I would buy a console-only xbox with this controller as my "perfect gift" idea. That's how much I like it.Two major caveats though:- This controller is only wired. I prefer that, but I can see how that'd be a deal-breaker. Planning on buying a 2nd controller so we'll see how it works with two.- The back buttons are re-mappable with the free app but, as far as I know, are not unique inputs; you don't net additional buttons with this controller.

Really good controller that has a lot of useful features hall effect sticks work really nice and I have 0 drift fr. Customer service is also 10/10!!!
