Heaven on the tongue
This item heard about it once then tried it once the taste was mind blowing.The smell is strong and has a gritty texture. So be careful on the size you use as it is potent.I use a lot and it has lasted a while so the durability of this product is good and as I said the quality of is top notch

This is delicious added to food, only need to use sparingly. Jar will last quite a while, would buy again.

Pricey but worth it!
Its pricey but worth every penny. This is my second purchase. I use this alot, when cooker pasta dishes and sprinkle on plain crisps. Its also nice on chips! You don't need to use a lot so the jar last month's.

Smells nice, but need to use an awful lot to get any taste from it
Being a truffle lover, especially in pastas, I was really excited to use this as a quicker, less expensive way of getting the truffle taste into my pasta dishes. When you first open the jar, the pungent truffle smell slaps you round the face and gets your mouth salivating. However, I've used it a couple of times now in a pasta dish, and I don't actually get much of a truffle taste in the dish, more just a scent. Maybe there is other cooking techniques that I should try, but this is why I've rated it 3 stars.
