We have five different doors we use them on. No more worrying about keys, and the combo is super easy to change if needed. All changes are made on an app, and don't require you to be mechanical at all. Now, I can go work in the yard, go get the mail, etc. without having to take my keys.

Being able to control it remotely is super handy, especially when my roommate forgets their keys (again).False Alerts: My only complaint is that every once in a while, it sends a tampering alert, even though no one is actually messing with it. Not a dealbreaker, but it makes me do a double-take every time.Final Thoughts: Overall, it’s a solid smart lock that works well and adds peace of mind. Just be prepared for the occasional ghost alert. Would I buy it again? Absolutely.

Easy installation in spite old door with not-so-matching holes.Easy to configure and add fingerprints, fob cards, type-in codes (passkeys).Fingerprint reading works very well with me and our children. No so well with my wife and one (she always ave a lot of trouble with fingerprint-reading devices such airports). But she uses the fob card or the passkey and is also happy with the lock.Later, I ordered the gateway to have this connected to the internet (not arrived yet).Suggestion: there should be a Manual somewhere for definition of concepts, and stuff like this. There is a little bit of guessing at the beginning... if you're a beginner

We ordered 2 of these at once (one for front door and one for back door)…one lock worked for a day and the other broke while installing it (the piece in the photo)Before the piece broke it worked good but our business had to close early due to staff being locked in when the first handle broke

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do and key cards / functionalities work extremely well. As with all fingerprint sensors, doesn’t work if it’s wet. I would suggest when inputting fingerprint memory to make sure you really capture all orientations and widen the focus area from your finger to make it easy to get in.
