After using this smart keypad lock on my front door for several weeks, I can confidently say it's a major upgrade over traditional deadbolts. Here’s a breakdown of my experience:The lock feels solid and secure. One-touch locking and temporary PIN codes are a plus if you have guests or service people needing access. Very user-friendly. Clear instructions, and it fit my existing deadbolt hole. No need to drill or make modifications. Its very sleek and modern giving the perfect look to our front door.

Fit and finish is very very good. Install instructions are solid. This was a retrofit and went in as easily as any other swap. Programming was good, I did have to use a magnifier to read the programming sequence in the instructions. I like the multiple codes, I like the fact you can "pad" the codes with fake numbers, I like the way it lights up. I like the way the mechanism functions. The programmable re-lock is a good feature. I had an issue with my keys and the vendor responded very quickly and took care of the issue very promptly. I think it is an excellent value.I would buy this brand again!

I bought this for my mother's bedroom door (service personnel and nosy children in and out the house regularly). Easy to install. Feels durable. Works just as it should. I like being able to create a master code and alternate codes for other users to include a one time use code. Good buy.

Very good product. Easy to quickly install in existing doors. The buttons are soft but you can feel them and it's more positive pressing then a flat button less version. Simple instructions for programming.

This lock was easy to set up, looks sleek, and let us manage access through simple passcodes.

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because Amazon agreed to replace the item.Install was easy setting the code was a mess, followed directions to the T and after a bunch of resets it finally listened.An hour after I went to open the door with the code and the latch didn’t move, I took the master key and it opened. I figured it was a quirk and moved on it happened a few more time I didn’t leave the room without the master key.I got home tonight and decided to leave the key after it had been working all day when I return the code won’t work, I grabbed the spare master key and no luck I was completely locked out the the room lucky my window was open so I was able to get in.I had to dismantle the lock and found the latch was completely faulty and it basically fell apart in my hands.I’ve installed a lot of doors and door handles this is garbage.If you’re goal is the handle is so good no one can access the area then this is a winner if you want to have peace of mind it will open when you need access skip it. Spend the extra few $ don’t be a fool like me and have the peace of mind your door will actually work.If you do go with this lock leave a window open or have an alternative access point
