DIY, but nice quality
Like many other buyers, I did not read the fine print and did not realize I’d be assembling the banner myself. Thankfully I’m crafty and it was pretty easy to do on top of that. The letters are very sturdy and have precut holes. They’re glittery, but not the kind that gets everywhere yay! The ribbon is slippery which made sliding the letters easy, but the letters stay put wherever you put them, no tape needed. I would definitely buy one of these again should I need it. The needle included was helpful for punching the holes.

This is a do it yourself project! You have to string the letters yourself! Bad idea.
