Minutes after it arrived, I tried it out. I washed it per the instructions, sprayed it with a little olive oil, and dropped two eggs on it. It was amazing how non-stick it was. I made the eggs over easy and it was very easy. The smooth surface and pre-seasoning really worked. Worth every penny.

Exactly as promised. Have not yet put it in the dishwasher so cannot comment on that as we prefer to hand wash our cast iron pans. Good material, easy to clean.It is heavy so I usually use two hands to move if from stove to countertop/ table to be on the safe side. Handle cover is a good fit, not slippery.All by all happy to recommend.

The surface and the body itself are perfect - smooth, substantial. I seasoned it myself without giving the factory seasoning a try. Applied grapeseed oil and baked upside down at 450F in the oven for an hour, over a sheet of foil. This resulted in a perfect non-stick surface. I bought it to make crêpes (see the other picture) which call for high heat, and high heat requires cast iron skillets - teflon and other "synthetic" non-stick surfaces don't do so well with it.So, the crêpes are coming out great, very happy with the body of the pan.The handle could have been longer.The yellow silicone handle "jacket"/ sleeve could have offered a better, snugger fit, but it feels loose and makes it seem that it can slide off anytime.For the price, I would have liked to see a lid come with it, but it doesn't. The wooden spatula is nice, but a bit too thick for my liking.Overall, solid 4 stars out of 5. Could have been 5 with a longer handle and a better handle sleeve.
