Not a good experience for me unfortunately
These are big tablets. Didn't always find them easy to swallow. They are easy to snap in half though to make it easier to take.These however gave me nausea and constipation on each of the first 3 days of taking them, so I've stopped taking them now. I'm not even allergic to any of the ingredients so no idea why this happened.I really did want these to work but I can't keep being sick and constipation is not the way this is supposed to work. I've stopped taking them and my system seems back to good and normal.
