Used 5 hours and wont start. Hot battery. Electrical issues. I should have done my research. Lots of electrical issues. The warranty and customer service people are awful. Cut short thin grass ok. Taller thicker grass forget about it. Pretty disappointing for a $3,000+ mower.

I've owned three Swisher Trail mowers to mow about 10 acres and wouldn't be without one. I usually purchase a new one every 5 years and get a decent price for the used one. They are well built and dependable - except for the hitch. It is too lightweight and will eventually bend when using it as an offset mower. Now, before even using it, I have the hitch and front frame reinforced. Not a big deal, but I would think they would make the hitch more heavy- duty in the first place. Otherwise, they are reasonably priced a real time saver.
