Fun shape and design and easy to read screen and see keypad.

The phone is as described but the stock must be quite old.The NiMH batteries that come with the units were COMPLETELY discharged. They are permanently damaged and will not recharge correctly. (the charging indicator stays on because the correct terminal voltage is never reached).If you get this phone, expect to have to buy a replacement battery pack.

So far I've had my phone for a week, works great. The only thing I dont care for is the ring tone. It also took two whole days for the phones to fully charge.

This Telephone was originally produced by the German Manufacturer AEG. I am so pleased to see it here in the US made by IDECT. It is a very nice and very modern looking Phone. It looks so great in our house. It is pretty easy and strait forward to setup. I'm very pleased with it

The battery charger indicator on the base does not show complete charged, it is always red. Also reading the reviews I am not convinced it will last long anyhow. The biggest problem I found with this phone is that the phone rings late for some reason. I used my cell to confirm this and it takes an entire three rings to finally hear a ring from the Idect phone. Callers end up disconnecting before we get a chance to answer! Also I noticed that the phone remains ringing even after hanging up the call from my cell phone. I used only the wires provided by Idect but I doubt that would effect the calls regardless.

All the reviews deter you I bought it anyway. These phones are amazing! They DO great sound quality, I CAN hold them with my shoulder, Very loud and clear on the phone, especially on speakerphone. Screen times out too soon and I can’t read it when I need too especially when I need to press a button in the middle of a cal. Otherwise it’s anaxing.
