This neck brace is exactly what I needed. My Doctor prescribed it's use to help me with some neck and spine issues I have been experiencing. It has helped me a lot. It keeps my head and neck sturdy and in place, but comfortably so that it does not feel awkward. It is suppose to help keep your head and neck in place, otherwise it would not be worth purchasing. You can make it as tight or as loose as you are comfortable with, but people, it is NOT suppose to make you feel so comfortable that it doesn't do what it was designed to do! I love it and it does exactly as it states it does.

At first I didn’t like this, the height was too intense, and the bottom point dug into my throat.But then I looked back at this page and the directions say to place your chin INSIDE the brace, on the beveled edge inside. Don’t put your chin on top of the brace. This makes a big difference in comfort for me.

I wear it to sleep. I wish I would’ve done this sooner to prevent getting the fine fold lines that people get when looking down at phones or reading books. It’s comfortable and it’s made out a good quality. It keeps its shape. The important measurement is a distance between the chin and the chest/collarbone not so much the measurement around the neck unless you have a pretty big neck. It’s easy to use and it uses Velcro to close.

The description says that it fits for necks from 14" and ip, mine is around 15"-16". The velcro only let it use it from 18". I tried adjusting for my neck size but the velcro damaged it instantly. Flopped design. I liked the material though.

I had to return this item because it is too tall. I am only 5'4". I tried wearing it for about an hour, and the V part of the brace pressed into my chest. My neck was too short for it. It has a good stiffness to it and would probably help with neck pain, although it may not be suitable for smaller individuals.

Did what I needed it to do. A little cumbersome attaching and releasing.

This is the best neck support brace that’s made of memory foam, but covered. It is exactly as they describe it keeps your neck cool. 90% of the time that I have to wear one because I was in an accident many years ago and sometimes I wear one because my neck hurts so much this thing doesn’t sweat at all. I can wear it all day and all night if I want to no sweat at all no heat nothing it’s wonderful. I highly recommend a great product.

Way too big. It’s also misshapen from the box and sticks out on the sides of your neck. I have a long thinner neck and it was too tall and wide.
