Great gym. I chew it while I workout. It loses flavor kinda quick but that doesn’t bother me. I do it for the jaw pump!

Nasty I cant continue using the packs I bought tastes gross

Noticeably harder than normal chewing gum, but not as hard as specially jaw exercising kinds. Works well as a wet dental wax replacement for braces & such do to being harder..Favor is short lasting & a bit mineraly, if you have ever tasted mastic you know the flavor.Don't get this unless you are geeking about its potential oral health benefits.

Item was packaged well and arrived quickly but it was not palatable. Started out chalky and crumbly then got really dense. I threw it away.

The gum does have a distinct medicinal taste. But if you get over it, it actually is fine.The bad: We received only 10 pieces of gum instead of 50.After leaving a less than positive review, I was contacted by the seller who offered me a refund. They acted professionally and promptly reimbursed me.Now the good:It has lasting flavor (maybe 20 minutes) and it does seem to work to relax the stomach and even seems to have slight oral anesthetic properties. The gum doesn't crumble or disintegrate in the mouth in cold weather like 100% natural gum does, probably because of the gum base, keeping it elastic even when your jaw gets tired of chewing

I love elma gum i was excited to get some delivered here in the states. Unfortunately while im sure you wouldnt get sick by eating it, the supply was practically dried rotten, it does not become gum in the mouth.I would put 1 star for my experience but i must say that if the gum had been up to my expectations, the value for the amount of gum would have been good. Therefore 2 stars.

I have to use two and even then, the flavor wears out after only a minute or two. I don’t recommend chewing longer than 10 minutes, it’ll wear your jaws out. Like chewing rubber.

This gum is not terrible and helps temporarily stave off the pain from a tooth infection. It is really pricey though - colloidal silver in theory is less expensive if you use a capful and swoosh around infected tooth area.
