This was a gift to our son. He was thrilled when she opened it. It is very well made- with a level and night glow ability. It is compact and not bulky at all.Perfect for eye-sighting as well as map orienteering, etc. It's sturdy, well-damped and easy to use in almost any condition that might present.

Precise direction guidance
As I received this compass in such short time really was out of my imagination. Recently I had appointed some of my classmates for going camping ,climbing mountains. Great compass at a excellent price
I bought this Military-style compass and I to use when we go camping. I love to walk around the campsite and beyond, and this just makes me feel safer if we happen to wander off a bit further. Works well and is built fairly sturdy
It's not actually a military-grade tactical compass, but it's pretty dang close.Metal construction, dampened compass pointer, side view magnifier, a bubble level and both metric and imperial rulers. The division on the compass is clear and very easy to read even without the magnifier.
