I have benefitted in the use of this device where ...
I have benefitted in the use of this device where there is only one person speaking and no background noises in a room.In large areas where there tends to be more background noise it is not effective to aiding my hearing clearly.

pretty good amplifier
Item seems to work pretty good but I find the feedback can be quite annoying if the headphones are just slightly out of the ear canal. It would be nice if it had some feature that would prevent it from whistling. Nevertheless it does amplify sound quite well.

Good but ear plugs not great and using other plugs ...
Good but ear plugs not great and using other plugs have to giggle connector to get them to work and cuts off sound minute you move

Amplifies ok but there is no directionality to it so not really any good for birding
