Nice pungent taste and mustard odor but it is far from great tasting dijon. Good shelf life if refrigerated.

Great taste, good quality, nice bottle

A must for salad dressing
Have tried many Dijon mustards from many brands but this one in particular just tastes amazing. I’m not really a good explainer but Maille Dijon mustard when used in salad dressing… god i can feel the not also mild and not so strong taste of the mustard and is just amazing.
