Amazing, After Eating the Dark Choco Muesli Eats by True Elements, I swear I was full of energy for 10-12 hours without any hunger. How? you may ask?, First time I consumed it weighting 150gms and eat it in 250 ml of AMUL Tazaa Milk and drank the left 250 ml of Milk in the packet separately, The Dark Choco Muesli tastes amazing for 150-200 gms in 250 ml milk and drink the leftover milk separately as mentioned above so you gonna get around 30-32 gms of Protein from this diet only and I also garnished the dish with 2 small pieces of AMUK Dark Chocolate pieces which gives you 8 gms of protein so Total 32+8=40 Gms of Protein with this diet, correct me if you find that I am wrong and I will highly appreciate your valuable comments. Thus, it taste even more better when you add 2-4 more piece of dark chocolate along with it. No cooking required just holt and you are good to go, absolute time saving.As Long as I am going to live in this eternity I will Eat Oats and Muesli for my entire life from now on and that too of True Elements.Fitness and to be being Fit is my birthright and I shall have it. After trying yogabar muesli which contains raisins, dark chocolate, it is quite hard to have this true elements no added suger muesli or any other muesli. Though tasteless, it is healthy and great for weight management. Reasonable price too. So, go for it. And, for sweetness, you can add raisins and low calorie sugar or honey to this. But as compared to yogabar muesli, you cannot enjoy this muesli without milk because it has no added sugar plus no natural sweetness. Overall it's a good product.

Small quantity will fill your stomach.. not like other muesli.. these are healthy and quality of seeds and dry fruits are really fresh. No added sugar.I'm not eating regular but still the muesli tastes fresh and crispy.. the bottle seal is perfect and keeping the muesli fresh even after months..

Excellent Product

The product is really gud I liked the raosted texture of oats and other cereals though some extra quantiy of almonds would have been grt. With raisins or dates, The flovour is some what natural no added floavour to it which is gud but it gives a same monotonous feeling so some added flavour range could be a change. I ordered it again after my first jar ,the second one had pineapple chunks in it I don't know why but it didn't taste good since no added sugar to it and so mostly acedic sour taste .That's all for now but u can go for it ...

This muesli comes in a big plastic jar which is completely sealed 👍 so thumbs up for the packaging. Now I have tried 2 variants of the true elements muesli. "Fruit and nut" & "No added sugar" which is this one. I'm actually dieting so I got the no added sugar variant. But to my surprise if you check the nutritional information then this one has more sugar than the fruit and nut variant. I don't know why because this doesn't even taste sweet and there are no natural sweeteners added to it like honey or maple syrup. The fruit n nut has raw honey added to it and I like it a lot as you can see in the last picture that I uploaded (it's over 😋) Okay just leave aside the sugar part cause any ways it's all natural sugar and too less to be judged. Taking about the taste, it has a very nutty taste for all the flax seeds, pumpkin seeds. The dried figs, cane sorghum and pineapples are adequate and give a burst of sweetness in your mouth which is awesome 🥰 The ingredients are really really good. It keeps you filled for a good amount of time. And I love it.Overall if I had to choose between both of the variants I would choose both. Although fruit n nut has more flavor and tastes sweeter... This one has a nutty taste and burst of sweetness which is also great. AND I'M GOING TO REPURCHASE BOTH OF THEM. VALUE FOR MONEY... YEAHHHHHH

This muesli is priced at a mid-range compared to other brands. The good part about this is that it has no sugar. So, expect it to be a bit bland if you are accustomed to other similar products. In addition, it has flax and pumpkin seeds, and almonds (apart from cut dried fruits).I have found the products of this brand are always fresh. The only thing you need to be careful is to not consume the moisture absorbing silica gel pouch inside the contents. I always combine this with a spoon of other specialty mueslis / granola for better taste.Another point is that I like this better if it is kept soaked in milk for 30 minutes or so prior to consuming.
