Architects′ Data Paperback – 1 July 2002

During my studies I discovered this book by accident, and ever since it became part of my architecture bibles!It provides dimensions for almost everything that is ascosiated with building industry, as well as human proportions and minimum - maximum dimensions that come in handy when dealing with furniture design. It may lack a couple of dimensioning sets, but then again this is not an issue, because simply enough you can get anything you need by just combining dimensions from each section. (And I am sure with every newer edition, new material will be added.)I cannot think of any other reference book that would be as needed and helpful.

This book has space recommendations for absolutely all kinds of buidings.Need to arrange toilet facilities of planning an airport.. it has it.

This book was my bible throughout University and beyond. I used it for everything - but the thermal properties of various materials was a particularly useful part. However I got rid of my old edition and, swayed by all my fellow students, got the Metric Handbook and was very disappointed with it. Ive been meaning to get another one of these for years now soon I will. Then the Metric Handbook will be going in the bin.

It has basics and advanced knowledge that is not less than a must for anyone dealing building , renovations and planning.

The Neufert is the one book that any architect or building designer needs. I am very pleased with the quality of the book and the promptness it was delivered
