We have bought 3 of these: this is the best
Slightly modified over the previous models we have used for 20 years but the best. They say its got a microprocessor on board to learn the shape of the pool, ours is a teardrop, but I'm not convinced of this

No warranty in UK, No UK support, No UK contact to repair or return faulty item. Don't buy if in UK.
Shark cleans well, floor and walls, but became faulty after 18 months, when I contacted Amazon I had no warranty support even though it says 3 years by Hayward. I emailed Hayward direct with no reply and no UK repairs offered on Hayward website. Obviously they have no interest in giving support and hope you go away which is what I have had to do, please don't get scammed like i have been, do not buy if you are in the UK. Good product when it worked, terrible customer support, warranty is worth nothing if you are in the UK, do not buy if in UK.

Just works
Works great. Heavy and needs the rollers to be soaked before it will sink but a very good price on Amazon. Get the caddy as well.

Disappointing and Frustrating
Just started my 3rd Season with an RC9993C.... (soft rollers for liners)I have to say that I find this bit of kit a disappointment and very frustrating..... It forevers gets itself in a tangle and it takes several full 3 hour cycles to cover anywhere near the whole of the pool (10x5 metres) and I have to keep moving it and encouraging it to clean areas.If I was looking to buy a pool cleaner I can honestly say I wouldn't buy a Tiger Shark :(Mark
