perhaps the BEST get started primer on investing
Perhaps the best place to start learning about investing. Read the conclusions first, then read the book, then re-read the conclusions. Peter Lynch said he read this book 3 times. I have read it probably 5 times over the years (Lynch may have caught up by now). I would give this more than 5 stars if I could. After reading the Money Masters, then you may be ready for The Intelligent Investor (Graham), A Random Walk down Wall St (Malkiel), & Where are the Customers Yachts (Schwed). then start investing for real. VERY readable, VERY enjoyable, BEST insights.

A good book to read.
I found it to be a good book to help me understand how corrupt our government has become and why. Some would call this Conspiracy Theory and to them it probably is but after reading, if you were to stand back and look at what is happening in our society, our government and in particular the less than 1% who control the world and the money, it all starts to make sense. I believe I have purchased 4-5 books along this lie an they all fit together in support and to provide 360 degree coverage of the subject. If you think that you are in control then this probably isn't for you. Would I become a monk and hide because of what it shows me, no, but it just gives me a better understanding of why and has helped me to be alert and wise in who I put into office.

A very good book that caters to those who want to have basic knowledge about investing legends such as Warren Buffett, Benjamin Graham, Phil Fisher, John Templeton etc. In addition to reading this compendium,I would recommend reading books by the masters themselves: "The Intelligent Investor" by Benjamin Graham,"Common Stocks and Uncommon Profits" by Phil Fisher and " The Essays of Warren Buffett: Lessons for Corporate America" by Lawrence Cunningham( Buffett hasn't authored a book yet)

Stay away from this poorly scanned e-book.
I was looking forward to reading the Kindle version of this old investing book, but sadly found the e-book purchased from Kindle is just a series of extremely poorly scanned pages from "what appears" to be the original pages (it was so illegible that I couldn't even tell). Returned it immediately for a refund from Kindle. Please take note: buyer beware!
