Update: the sellers have contacted me and are working at seeing what was wrong with the polish and have offered a refund in the meantime. I have to say this is great customer service.The case is very nice, well put together. And the brushes are soft and good quality.Polish: I have only used the black so far but I feel like I haven't even polished the shoes. The black polish comes off crumbly and does not leave much of a black stain at all.(seller working with me to fix this issue)The polish application brush is good if somewhat small. The buffer brush could stand to be a little larger but I understand they have to fit it into the bag. The buffer cloth is a little too short to curl comfortably around the shoe but is very soft and shines well

Bought this shoe shine kit for my husband. My husband has obsessive compulsive disorder when it comes to things of his being clean and in perfect condition. This shoe shine kit comes in a cute little case for all of the items , I would take a picture , but he has it and is away for work ..

They look nice. We haven't tried them yet, but we are excited about it. The packaging (the case and the inside when none of the products were not open) smelled terrible (until now), but I guess that will eventually go away...?

I got this kit as a graduation gift for several boys and they all love it. They all raved about the quality of the case, which looks like real leather although I don't imagine it can be at this price. Several already tried it out and said the products included work great to shine their shoes. Personally, I like how compact the whole thing is so it is easy to keep with you in a dorm room or small apartment.

Reclosing the case is challenging. The parts have to be placed "just right" to get it to close again. Not overly impressed witht the final shine I get. I'm not an expert on polishing shoes, but maybe an instruction sheet with a few guidelines would be a nice to have. I give it a 3 star and "eh!"

The brushes are low quality and the black hairs fall out just by touch, but the other parts of the set work really well.

This product is good but I thought it would have been on a larger scale than it was. I know it’s a travel kit but for me the brushes and quantity of the product were a little small.
