Looks goods and fits good. !
Fits and looks great. Dealer part was over $100. Not the simplest to install but google had online instructions. Note the base part has two channels . Start from the back and place the back pegs in the lower track on one side and then push then pin on the remaining side in and it will go in the channel Then slide it forward and down pushing the front pins in. Fits mice and secure pretty easy install once you know to put the back pins in the lower channel.

Fantastic replacement part!
This replacement center console lid fit in my 2014 R57 Mini Cooper Convertible perfectly. The person who previously owned the car was a spoiled, rich lawyer dude who lost the lid somehow… Anyway, the material looks and feels just as nice as the OEM interior materials that are already in the vehicle. Note: this lid slides back to open rather than lifting to open. To install, I simply aligned the piece at the back of the console and slid it forward (to the front in the direction towards the dash) until it glided into place. Hopefully this is a durable piece, but only time will tell.

Tip to install
Make sure you know which end is the front. The front end has the lip aligned with a groove. Start from the back, slide to front.
