It definitely is effective in raising vitamin D levels. Mine is too high now-130 ng/ml. 30-80 is best level. Glad I got a blood test.

Forest Leaf Vitamin D3 supplement is an excellent product using vegetable based capsules. I have been using it for a few years now and highly recommend this product.

I did not use this product. I had ordered upon the urging of my doctor's medical assistant. I ordered them immediately and the next day, I received an automated call from my local pharmacy informing me they had fulfilled the doctor's Rx for this vitamin. I checked with his office and he recommended I use the prescribed vitamin D because it was not a daily dose. I tried to cancel the order for ForestLeaf's product but Amazon referred me to ForestLeaf directly for approval. I emailed ForestLeaf and heard back from Dave that the office was closed for a period of time and my request would be addressed upon re-opening. And so it was.
