I bought this product for my 83 year old Mother. She fell and broke her hip in November 2021, spending 2 months in the hospital and still in physical therapy 3 months after leaving the hospital. She has had low Vitamin D levels for years and has been taking prescription Vitamin D for it. In February 2022 when I took her to an appointment with her rheumatologist, he said he wanted her to switch from prescription vitamin D to Forest Leaf Vitamin D3 50,000 units that can be purchased on Amazon. Not only did he recommend it but he also pulled it up on his laptop and showed the product to me to be sure I purchased the right one. He told me it was just as good as the prescription strength and would cost less than prescription vitamin D. He also said he has been recommending it to his patients because he believes in its purity and it has been working well for his other patients. The capsules are very small making them very easy for my Mother to swallow. My Mother has been taking one capsule weekly for about 2 months now and her Vitamin D levels are in the normal range and I have noticed an improvement in her depression. Her bone fracture has healed and she is regaining muscle strength. We believe this vitamin D3 has helped in this journey.

I didn’t realize this , but I have ordered this product multiple times. Since I travel a lot I have a bottle at home, in my travel bag and my home away from home. Why ??? Because it works and it’s economical. I have been working from home since 2008. I work all day and through the night. I don’t experience daylight some days. I have black out curtains in my home and I have artificial light. I rarely go outside even on weekends because I don’t have to. I had gone to my doctor and they started testing for D3. Well the results came back and I was so severely deficient that it was critical that l get Vit D3. I got these supplements and in 3 months of taking, 1 pill a day, I was more than good to go! I recommend these supplements because they are super easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. And at almost 52 years of age….. I think the D3 is working baby!

It definitely is effective in raising vitamin D levels. Mine is too high now-130 ng/ml. 30-80 is best level. Glad I got a blood test.

The pill size is very small, so easy to swallow. We have this once a week, to up our vitamin D levels!

Fantastic D3+K2 supplement for daily use. No smell or taste; absorbs quickly with a capsule smaller than a penny; making it easy to swallow. Personally, have not experienced any side effects whatsoever but I always take with food for maximum benefits.
