Fixed problem
I got a microwave constantly blowing the high voltage fuses. Tested bad diode. Ordered these to fix it. My meter can't test this diode properly. It reads open in both directions. But it worked in the microwave.

No Problem Good buy
Don't get hurt working on microwave can be dangerous 5000 volts . The diode check on your multi meter will show a good diode as open . Look on line for the proper way to safely test a hi voltage microwave diode .Paying more Doesn't always mean better . My 11y old microwave gets lots of use so far I have replaced diodes 2x .one capacitor 4 door switches .It's a built in model that matches my other Kitchen appliances fixed it for less than the price of a Happy Meal

Simple install microwave fixed!
Our 9 year old LG countertop microwave oven had started to act up. A growling noise indicated the magnetron was failing, and since the back was off, I just replaced the diode at the same time. If you're planning on DIY fixing your microwave, you've certainly been warned to discharge the capacitor, and I echo that advice. It's simple enough to grab a rubber handled needle nose pliers and arc across the terminals on the capacitor. I generally also wear a latex glove on the hand I'm holding the pliers in, just as an added precaution. Once the capacitor is discharged, it's a five minute job to replace both the magnetron and the diode. Probably takes more time to wrangle the microwave onto a work bench and remove the cover than it does to do the repair. Before you plug the microwave back into an outlet, take a minute or so to thoroughly clean any grease from the inside of the oven and inspect the wiring and internal switches. Replace the cover before plugging the unit back in.

DOA and returned for a refund. Would not buy again.
Both DOA. Needed a cap and diode for a microwave, ordered these and a cap. These were DOA and the local supplier only sold both in a kit. Returned for refund and would not recommend these.

It's ALIVE!
Brought the old over range microwave back to life so I didn't have to remodel the kitchen to fit a new one
