This is a great product. It was also a great price ($20.18). I got the flavorless version and it is really flavorless so you can drink it with water, and it still tastes like water. This is definitely worth it, and I would recommend this for anyone looking for high-quality creatine monohydrate at a good price instead of paying more elsewhere. I give it 5 stars because of these reasons. Nutricost Performance did a great job with this. It DOES take a while to dissolve even if it says it dissolves easily, but that is not a problem.

This is my first time trying a creatine product. I have been using a pre workout mix for several months prior to heading to the gym. My daughter told me she uses creatine and is satisfied with the results 🤷 so I figured I would give it a try.I didn't know there was a loading phase🫤. Honestly, I don't know what to look for as success with using this product. As of the time writing this review, I've just completed the loading phase. I bought watermelon flavored, and it is tasty with only a slight grit. I tried dissolving the powder in warm water to see if that helps; honestly I don't think so. As you see in the posted picture, after mixing, there's a foggy powdery settlement to the drink. I make sure to shake before every sip. Also, during loading, they 'suggest' increasing water intake for better results 🤷, I didn't exactly do that. I'll update this review after more usage. Like other reviews, you do get a good amount for the price.

So I'm sharing what I found out between the 2 products! The one in the white container is made like a flour substance and mix up real good. The one in the darker bottle is like salt real with a grain substance and don't mix up! It leaves product in the bottom of the glass! So I thank you for this product no more crunchy d bits in the glass! Highly recommend this product!
