Over a MONTH! Doing great with this journal
This is THE BEST journal of this kind that i have tried! I purchased it 6 weeks ago and I am still going strong. I've tried a bunch of these, but about 10 days was my record for keeping up with it. I did NOT read all the research in one sitting. I'm finding it much better to read some every few days - gives me a little re-start (re-boot, I guess). The construction of the book itself is really sturdy and the lay-out makes it really easy to use. Each day has something repeated and something new, so you build on habits but you're kept engaged, not bored.

Great Journal - Exactly what I was looking for!
I’ve been using the Reboot Journal for about a week and I'm very happy with it. It is quite different from other journals I've tried, but I find it covers a lot of the areas I’m looking to improve, so it's actually very useful for me. The introduction section is quite detailed and has a lot of good tips and strategies that I hadn't heard before. I really like the fact that it’s practical and that it goes into the science of how habits form and stick and also that it gives a lot of information on each of the ‘Reboot’ habits that are recommended for the different areas of life. I find that using it daily gives me a structure to follow to make sure I tick all the important boxes and maintain balance in my life - something which I struggle with. There is a bit of work to do in the beginning learning about the 15 Reboot habits and filling out the habit templates etc, but I really learned a lot from those parts. I do feel that I've already improved and made progress, especially in terms of my mindset. So far I'm really happy with the journal and feel confident it can help me build positive habits for life.

Game Changer!!!
Couldn’t recommend this journal enough! Everything is broken down and explained. I love the science behind it. It helped me when I first started journaling. I got to understand what my purpose for journaling was at the time (e.g. gratitude, habits, self-awareness, reflection etc.), what skills I’m good at using and what skills I need to work with more to become a better and eventually best version of myself.Invest in yourself and really give it a chance!

I like that has a lot of informativa backing the whole process. Helps you with different types of habits to build in all the important areas of your life. I really like it and I’m motivated to achieve my goals

My Favorite Journal
This is by far my favorite journal and I’ve tried quite a few. The introductory/background section is actually helpful instead of just filler. And each journal page is on par for getting in the right mindset in the morning and reflecting at night, all the while with the larger habit forming plans in the background that you set for yourself earlier. Quality binding, pages, print. One thing to note is that the journal has pages for only 13 weeks of daily and weekly reflection. I wish there was a way to order additional pages without having to get a whole new journal each time. Maybe something for the author to consider - selling additional pages, even softbound. I would buy it repeatedly!

Pages set up to make it easy to manage your day and establish habits plus see weeks how your progress is plotted. It’s fantastic.

Great journal but is it missing a page?
Loved the color, sturdiness, and “lay flat” feature of this journal. A lot of explanation in the beginning which I ultimately found very helpful. Loved the template habit pages, however it is missing template for Habit 12. Is this on purpose??

Reboot Your Life!
The Reboot Journal was more than I ever hoped it would be. This thing packs a punch. It is not one of those flimsy journals; it is sturdy and has a hidden pocket in the back. The journal starts off with what I would call a “tutorial” of how to use it. There are some serious topics for self-reflection here and the book guides you through it. After you fill out the identity templates, you’ll start getting the hang of things. This journal really helps me to take each day one step at a time, with a real evaluation of how I’ve spent my time and met my goals. I can already see how my habits could change as a result of this journey. If you’ve ever struggled with journaling in general or just need a breath of fresh air, give the Reboot Journal a chance to work it’s magic.
