These work great with making my sourdough. Easy to clean and use. The size is good. I wish they would bend a tad better but over all they’re great.

these are really great for sour dough. when the dough is sticky and hard to handle you simple scrabe it around with these works perfectly.

BEST EVER! I bake a lot and these scraper’s get every last bit in the bowl! I make bread and after mixing, I do one ‘sweep’ around the bowl and it’s cleaned out! 😁
