This product is supposed to support 3 USB devices while plugged into a computer via USB. I have 2 EHdrives plugged into it. Though it shows both, one of them it doesn't allow me to access most of the folders, only one.The other one it does show and I can access. I think they are both being charged when the computer is on. Still, the one that it won't show is the primary one I want to use.I have tried different variations of plugging, unplugging, but the results are always the same. Wish I could get a refund on this one. But is wasn't too expensive.I finally read up on these hubs, and I think the hub is okay, but it isn't strong enough for what I need and therefore is not showing everything. But it does show each drive, and they are connected and charging to some degree. I can take one out and put the other in to access it completely. So, the more I understand how these things work, I will choose one that better meets my full needs. But this one still is sufficient for what I want.

I got this because I use a keyboard with my xbox one series s, and I needed extra USB ports for my console. The best part is the keyboard and mouse works when plugged into this USB hub. My xbox reads them just fine, as if they were plugged directly to the xbox.I use this to charge, data transfer, and for keyboard mouse. It works really well. The price is perfect too.Cord length is perfect to sit in front of my xbox. If you need a longer cord, I'd see if this seller has a longer cord available.I would buy again with no hesitation.

Really love this little USB hub. The port on the end (in addition to the ones on the side) really works well for my limited mounting scenario. It just gives you another option most others don't. The end port lets me quickly and easily mount/dismount a USB drive, while the side ports are used for things that mostly stay plugged in.

I'm updating my review due to a bad adapter. This hub claims to support USB 3.2, but has a USB type A connector on it (usually USB 3.1 or higher uses USB C connections) where I require USB "C" connections on my laptop. The adapter I was using to connect this Hub to my machine turned out to be the problem! If you use an adapter to connect this Hub, be sure the adapter does not become the weak link in the chain of items trying to support higher USB 3 speeds, make sure your adapter supports USB 3.1 or higher !!

I like how easy this is to use. Cord is pretty short but you can work around it. All USB-A ports work. Surprisingly impressed.
