I am over 60 and my Doctor told me to get prenatal vitamins because I have low Vitamin D & low B12 & folate. Since I’ve been taking these my vitamin levels ( from blood test) have greatly improved. These are easy to swallow, zero taste, smooth texture, very effective for me, and do have the proper amount of vitamins to bring up my vitamin levels over a year of taking them. Because they are soft gels they are easy to swallow. I have trouble swallowing the really big vitamins with no coating ( and when I would break the big vitamins in half- horrible taste!) These are great the best I could hope far.

I have had the worse morning sickness with this pregnancy and was struggling to find a prenatal that wouldn’t make me sick. These are small, easy to swallow with zero after taste. Great price as well! I am so happy I found these.

Cannot express how much I LOVE THESE!! They are smooth, easy to swallow, nicely scented (kinda minty), and super easy on the stomach! I’ve always had a hard time swallowing bigger pills, but these aren’t as big as those crazy ones. In fact, they are even slightly smaller than Tylenol. No fishy smell (the only time I got any weird smell was when I FIRST opened the bottle and sniffed inside…I guess I was curious lol. Then it smelled like fish food. The pills themselves smell minty and after opening it many times that weird bottle smell turned minty as well.)

Seems to have everything needed in a prenatal. I like that it has a lower amount of iron to make it gentler on your stomach, I’m sensitive to iron so I can appreciate this. I usually take the gummies, which are delicious, but I switched to these for the iron, the gummies do not have the iron in them . Upon arrival, they were all stuck together, but it’s also peak of summer where I am. This was easily solved by popping them in the fridge for a bit, and then they easily separated for me, just a little misshapen since they are soft caps. They come with a slight mint scent, I feel that’s to likely cover up any odor that some of the ingredients can cause, like the fish oils, it’s actually nice, no one enjoys that smell even when they aren’t pregnant. Pills appear exactly as they do in the picture, small, purple soft caps. So easy to swallow with small size, no after taste or fishy burps. (Gross, I know) and again no upset stomach or any struggle to take. I have bought some expensive prenatals before, like the special packets with multiple vitamins in them, I won’t say the company name, they have great reviews which blew my mind because I couldn’t even get past the smell of them when I opened the packet, let alone take them without gagging on them or then the aftertaste that stuck around. This is a great cheaper alternative, with the bonus of no taste, aftertaste or violating smell lol.

I’ve been on the hunt for my perfect prenatal. I don’t like gummies and I don’t like chalky pills. But these are the perfect small size, no overpowering flavor, smooth coating, and best of all no off putting fishy smell. I haven’t had any negative symptoms from taking them.

Best prenatal compared to others! I've had issues with finding a prenatal with a lower iron content and then I came across Olly and it truly has benefited me in a lot of aspects. Came packaged nicely and the capsules are easy to swallow and even smell great!

They’re a pretty good size and they don’t hurt my stomach due to the low iron content but OMG THE SMELL. I don’t know what people are saying with the peppermint, these smell like LITERALLY FISH FOOD
