Okay for small
The mat is just too small and flimsy for any of our home gym equipment, however, it makes a great play mat and floor protector for our toddlers toys like their wobble board.

Does the job!
The mat is a bit more 'spongy' than others that I have, so there's probably a little vertical movement in the fitness equipment when using it, but not to any huge degree.If you just want protection for your floor/carpet, it's absolutely fine.

Nothing more than a cheap yoga mat
Appalling quality! Is the weight, thickness and sturdiness of a cheap yoga mat! What a waste of time! Disgusting they are marketing this as a treadmill mat!

Smaller than you think
I don't know if I missed the dimensions when ordering it but the mat is quite small. However it fit under my exercise bike and it has stopped it walking on moving while using it.
