I have some serious issues with losing weight! A couple of years ago my weight dropped from 108. I am now at 82lbs. And I cannot get the weight back on. People say how hard it is to lose weight and I don’t disagree. But let me tell you that it is equally difficult to gain weight! ! ! Give it a try - you can’t lose. Oh right, you can continue to lose more weight!
