These lift springs are a good quality and easy to install. They did a great job of lifting the lid on my storage box

The stainless steel holds its appearance. Installing requires some planning as the shaft doesn't compress completely.

These gas charged lift supports were just what I needed they work perfectly.

I used this for our lid of our wooden kitchen trash can holder. It took a while to determine the best place to position it so it wouldn’t interfere with the trash can. Only used one because the lid isn’t very heavy but once you start to close it, it’ll close on its own and you can easily open it up with a finger and it’ll go up on its own. Love it.

I purchased this product on June 9, 2024. The product did not work for the project that we purchased it for, the instructions were vague, incomplete and useless. Since it did not work for us, we sent it back. When I got notification that they refunded my money, I tossed my receipt from UPS and thought I was done. On July 24th, I got an email that they claim they DID NOT receive the struts back and told me to return them. What the heck? They already refunded, so I thought they received the product. As of August 8th, they RECHARGED my credit card! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! WHAT A SCAM!

When In installed these I was amazed. Very strong. 9 months later I opened my camper shell door as normal and proceeded to stick my head in to grab something. The driver's side strut had wimped out offering me the bottom edge of the door to my forehead. I know the southern Arizona summer temperatures are vicious, but even a poor quality strut should last 5 years. Maybe it was the bad one out of a thousand????? It still works with the other strut doing most of the lifting and I now use my hands to give it the last few inches assist instead of my forehead. Will I buy this item again? Right now it is sitting with a known 50/50. I will update when I am required to start assisting more.

They are exactly as advertised. I made my own shooting target box and hinges on top door. Easy to install. Looks great. Nice weight to them. Great value for the money. Thanks
