I am not very much into giving reviews on any product I buy online but this time the quality of this product and its functionality calls for it. Buying this Chair Lift for me has been a tremendous help and a game changer in the care I provide for my husband. I was surprised how well this device work because is like having a portable small elevator from the floor to a sitting position available to you when you need it!I never expected to find this innovative and well-made product in the market when I started to shop for some aids or techniques to help someone who has fallen or slide to the floor to stand up with the least of the efforts from them or the helper or care giver. This is a product that really works, well built and very easy to handle. It is more than a blessing if the person who needs to stand up help themselves to be positioned on the chair but if that is not the case it cost little effort for you and any care giver to sit him or her on the Chair Lift since it has 2 extended ramps to the side that facilitates that person to be positioned on the Chair. It is easy to carry, though a little bit heavy, any regular standard size person can handle it with ease.The Chair Lift It is definitely a high quality, durable product with very sturdy material used in its fabrication. It is a definitely a plus especially with respect to accessibility, safety and care-giving in general.I have used it sometimes for my husband when he slides to the floor and can’t get back up. The caregiver and I positioned him back into the Chair Lift and he was up in his feet in not time! Definitely a great purchase and I highly recommend this product. It saves me time, it gives me a peace of mind knowing I can handle falls in case I need it, it gives me independence from external help and has made my life more stress free knowing that I can help my husband in an easy and safe way.The customer service is also excellent. There is a real person on the other side of the phone line willing to listen to your concerns and gives you immediate answers. It is really a nice surprise since most of the service provided for mechanical or digital devices you buy online are not that responsive.So, I definitely give this business five thumbs up!! I ordered this chair a few weeks ago because my elderly mother kept falling and I would have to call 911 because I couldn't pick her up. Tried it out for the first time last night and we were both thrilled to find that it worked really well! The instructions are super-simple and there's no assembly needed. I was a little concerned because it said it weighs 30 lbs, which is a little heavy for me, but it wasn't bad at all.I highly recommend this chair! It's expensive but worth it!

Works are advertised. Lifts fine. Quiet and easy to use. Like it.

The media could not be loaded. I liked how simple this device is to operate. No assembly needed. It's easy to connect the battery controller and easy to charge it.It is easy to tip left or right, so be careful lifting yourself or others on that lack of support. That said, it folds up easy out of the way.The suction cup hook is not reliable on some surfaces. I purchased separate hooks i screwed into the wall.All in all, this is worth the money for anyone with a fall risk. Keep loved ones out of nursing homes. Those cost a lot more money than making your house handicap accessible with bolt on handles can save you thousands with this chair at your disposal.

Really slow to rise but amazing. Works great. Perfect for a fall. Absoultly worth the money.Keep in mind that the thing is 3 inches off the ground. It is very hard for heavy old people to life themselves 3 inches with their arms only. Best to have them get up on their hands and knees from a tummy possition and then "fall onto the lift seat".Holds a charge for more than a few weeks so that is better than expected !!

This product is a “miracle” for my 82 year old mother. She cannot stand up for a shower and loves to take a bath. However in the past month, she has been too weak to stand up from a seated position. A recent bath prior to having this product, she was unable to exit the tub without assistance from my brother. This caused her embarrassment and she took a “sponge” bath for weeks for fear of being “stuck” in the tub. She was overjoyed to take a bath using this product. She is back to bathing multiple times per week and loves the independence. It should allow her to stay in her home longer than anticipated. The product is super simple to operate/recharge and she feels safe during the lowering and raising into and out of the water. I am appreciative of the attention to detail and sturdiness of the product and the quality of life improvement! It’s definitely worth the expense when you compare it to walk in tub installation.

This lift is great for an 81 year old person like me who has had several falls and had to call to be lifted off the floor. This device works great and now I can use this to lift myself up. 5 star !

Came on time and item is as described. I like the rechargeable battery. Had to use it last week when my husband fell while transferring to his wheelchair. I was able to carry the lift chair to him since it’s only 28 pounds. He was up and easily transferred to his wheelchair in minutes. Worth it’s weight in gold when you need it.
