I am 60 years old and have been training for over 40 years including a stint of competitive bodybuilding. Getting older takes a toll on your bod; more joint aches, diminishing strength, and longer recovery time to name a few. I still manage a 3 on/1 off split. I have been using Double Wood Beta Ecdysterone for around 8 weeks now and am very impressed. My strength is up while shedding 10+ pounds, my recovery is impoved, and I feel great. I am 6 foot around 205 lbs and my musculature continues to improve. In addition to a good diet and around 200 g of protein daily, I firmly believe your BE has been a strong contributor and it will be a mainstay in my supplementation!

Overall it has been slightly positive, while the effects seemed to be slightly underwhelming based off my expectations, I have noticed an increase in energy as well as slight strength gains. I think I need to continue taking the product to further evaluate its effectiveness for me.

This stuff WORKS. A few things that stood out most to me: 1) It made me HUNGRY. I was able to easily eat the most protein each day than I've ever eaten in my life and that alone helped my muscle gains. 2) I gained 10 pounds in 8 weeks. 6.5 pounds muscle and 1.5 pounds of fat (approximately- used my at home fat % scale). 3) it really helped my sleep. It didn't make me sleepy, but it definitely got much more restful and deep sleep. Personally I didn’t experience side effects I’d read about- unless you count hunger as a side effect

After hearing online about how this supplement may increase testosterone levels, I decided to give it a try. Hard to truly say if it worked since I didn't measure my T levels pre and post supplementation but I definitely had more energy and improved gym performance. Also, I like buying supplements from this brand since they are reputable and been around for a while.

Took these for awhile, didn't notice any gains or strength increase. Still have some that's been sitting in a drawer. Didn't work for me.

Not sure of it would be the same for everyone but I will speak of my experience as 43 year old Man. I have been on about three weeks now. First couple of days felt better with recovery already even some discomfort in my elbow began to go away. Strength has gone up and even though my weight hast increased belly fat has gone down. Its worth noting that 500mg did not feel good to me first few days so I reduced to lower dosage 250mg (1 cap) and still have the results mentioned previously. Also I do stack with other supps I read go well with Ecdysterone. I take it in the morning with Pre kaged Sport pre workout, 1500 mg of kre alkylyn, green tea extract, Ginseng & BCAAs . My wife has noticed the difference as well so I am not delusional lol. I hope this helps
