This brand has a LOT of the tuneric extract that is standardized to 95% curcuminoids. This is "the juice" that gives the benefits of the supplement.It also includes ginger and black pepper extract... critical ingredients to help absorb it and for it to work in the body.I rarely recommend "brands" because not every brand gets every supplement right... but this brand did well with the tumeric blend!Ive been using blends like this for years to kick my "ibuprophen habit" for aches and pains.It takes 3-5 days to build up in the body, so you wont notice a "sudden" effect. One day you will just realize the aches and pains... kinda arent achey and painey any more.Also, if you stop taking it... expect in 3-5 days they will all come back.I swear by this, and I try to order before I run out, as sometimes its out of stock.If I feel achey, I will take a second or third dose (each dose is 3 capsules). I rarely have needed to do this, but will sometimes take extra when I have to work overnight to help prevent feeling the wear and tear I know is coming. I rarely get headaches, but this helps when I do instead of an NSAID.I take a lot of supplements, (like a handful) and I find a protein shake or something thicker than water helps get them down easier. Also having a cracker to chase them helps too.

Yes, this is the best turmeric supplement I have tried to date. I have some inflammation issues that this supplement really knocks out. truly. I have been taking turmeric supplements for years with moderate success but, this one is really next level. I don't know if it is the addition of ginger or what, but this is amazing. more dexterity and less reliance on an inhaler, which was an unexpected benefit and what puts this particular brand into the success column vs the moderate success column.

I do not like the orange powder that’s throughout the bottle getting on fingers/skin.

This is the only turmeric I take. My aging aches and pains are all but gone now. Someone told me about turmeric but told me that this works the best. I have tried others and yes, he was right. I can tell when I forget to take it. Definitely would recommend this to others.

No results that I can feel so far. When I opened the bottle it was covered in the powder from one of the tablets being messed up, unfortunately I wiped my hands on my pj’s and left a stain on them which did not come out in the wash!

This stuff is awesome! I've always taken turmeric/curcumin for more joint flexibility, and I usually buy the cheap stuff, but with the Qunol brand, I can really tell a difference. I've been using this brand since January, and just purchased my 2nd bottle. Saving money is important, but if you're taking a supplement to improve your health, quality matters more than price. I'll be buying this brand forever!
