I recently purchased a wireless surveillance kit for my home. This wireless surveillance kit has truly exceeded my expectations, and I'd like to share my positive experience with others.The ease of installation was a pleasant surprise. Had this set up for less than a year and the hard stopped recording. The angle of view is pretty narrow so plan on more cameras or very specific locations. The app is terrible in my opinion because it hardly ever actually connects for a live view while home or away. Great idea for non-subscription platform but cheap equipment with very poor performance.

This works great the the video is clear stays on one thing doesn’t work is the hard drive need some work on it to get hard drive to work

They are decent cameras but where is this 3mp or 2k clarity. And why is standard view so pixilated

I really like the Smonet camera systemd as it is pretty much plug and play. I have an 8 camera system that I couldn't expand so purchased an additional 4 camera system thats expandable to 8. Mount your cameras, provide power and turn on the NVR and it's up and running. Port forward the port (default is 34567) through your router and you can get to it from anywhere in the world by your wan IP address. I turn off alarms and record 7/24 and get about 2.5 weeks of record time. App is not great but let's you do the basics and is easy to configure. Their tech support is pretty good and responds promptly.

We like everything about this system. Very user friendly. The clarity of the video is amazing both daytime and night vision. We purchased the 4-camera set and it is perfect to cover every angle of our home and property. I cannot say enough about our positive experience with Customer Support. We had some questions on a couple of occasions. I sent emails to customer support and was amazed at the quick responses we received every time from the representative Charlie. His responses were precise and understandable. His follow-up contact to ensure we were satisfied customers and that our system was functioning as intended proved to us that he provides top-notch support. Highly recommend this product and system.
