Enteric Coated For Mild Burp/High Quality/One Type Of Fish
Fish oil has many benefits (I always say do your research, and check with your doctor to make sure it’s right for you). This bottle has 180 coated soft gels. It would probably not last as long.Taste: The burp or after taste is minimal. However, the coating on this is different than other similar products I’ve tried. I found it harder once I started taking them. Therefore, some people may find this hard to swallow.Additional info: The serving size for this supplement is 2 enteric coated soft gels; this provides 2000 milligrams of fish oil; it also provides 1240 milligrams of omega-3; also provides 1000 milligrams of DHA; also provides 180 milligrams of EPA. Overall, the bottle has 180 enteric coated soft gels as I had said before. If taken by one person can be a 90 day supply. I will add the enteric coating does help prevent burp/after taste since this one does not have a natural lemon flavor like others. Lastly, it’s high quality. It is purified to eliminate mercury and is made with one type of fish (anchovy). Recommend product!

The smell is unbearable
I consume Omega 3 for many years without any problem, but this one specifically had the worst and strongest fish smell I have ever experienced.. like really unbearable. I still insisted on taking the capsules and got soooo close to vomiting. I apologize for the details, but I had to make the situation clear. It is just terrible!
