I have osteoarthritis in my lower back so doing yard work and home improvement jobs can leave me very sore. With this back brace I have added support which takes so much pressure off my back. I don't have the stiffing back pain I used to get after working around the house. Very pleased with this back brace.

My husband uses the back support belt when he plays racquet sports (racquetball, tennis, and pickleball). He hasn't washed it and I haven't noticed an odor, so apparently the claim that it's "breathable" means that it doesn't cause the user to sweat when s/he uses it outdoors in the heat. He also hasn't complained about back pain since using it.

I really like that this works to alleviate back pain. I like the adjustable straps. Sinching them down REALLY does the job. The one downside that I'm not so thrilled with is that the material in some areas is rough. It rubs on my arms causing irritation if I wear it over my shirt. It rubs on my torso if I wear it under my shirt. I think it's okay and I'll be keeping the brace, but I don't think I would buy it again knowing what I know now.

Hi I just want to say I have a bad disk in my lower back I have wore many different braces.. they were very uncomfortable to say the least..This back brace you can wear under your clothes , it is very comfortable, not sticky or sweaty.. just remember to measure for the correct size.. as stated on the buy page.. you will not be disappointed

I work at a small family owned steel factory and my job requires quite a bit of heavy lifting, bending, twisting, and turning. I knew I have been practicing proper listing techniques for many years, but I wanted something more with a little support. When wearing the belt, you quickly realize your body has to bend and move in certain ways to lift a box off the ground for instance, while the belt gives your back the support it needs. The steel rods in the belt are a big reason for this, and they work to give you the comfort you deserve. At the end of the working day (8 hours), I typically take my belt off to let my back breathe and see how my body works without the belt, but I love the fact its always there.When you need back support, I'd recommend to a little homework first because different support belt work in different ways. But I have to give this belt a high 5 stars. Thank you for the back support.

This is a pretty decent back support product . Fully adjustable and lightweight. It does have drawbacks, uncomfortable for sitting as it rides up because of width, and becomes uncomfortable within continuous wear. Does cause sweating under belt . Does provide pain relief but nothing I would want to wear for any long period of time.
