Easy to set up - just plug in and go - comfortable to hold and sits nicely upright in its base unit. Shame it doesn't use a lithium battery, but then I don't think none of these price bracket cordless do. Also they tend to live on their base units without spending days on end without a charge, so its not really and issue and probably keeps the price down too.I particularly like the clear digits and text on the display. On my previous cordless ( only 3-4 years old and a different make) it still used the dated and crude LCD numerals that are formed from lots of straight-edge sections.A good value phone and recommended

For the money its decent quality base could be a little heavier its liable to be toppled over but I guess a lump of metal would add to the cost, handset is decent and straightforward to use.The real issue is the ringer, its just too quiet. Ok for the occasional use a landline gets but unless its close by you're going to struggle to hear it which is baffling really why they would do this?

Looks good, sounds good, no issues. As happy as I can be with a new house phone that will only be used if someone rings me!!🤣

It's a good phone but! It doesn't have a message recorder on it

great on:screen display,large info for poorly sighted people,easy too put phone info into phonebook,very long battery life,when removed from charger,hands:free use for conversation,,signal very good from main base too handset,i took the phone too end of my street took mg mobile and it rang through no problems,,also sound very clear tooit had call:blockinv too and handset very light inhand 10/10

This phone is well built and functional. A bit fiddly to set up but for most routine telephone functons, dialling , answering etc. quick and easy. There are a lot of more complicated functions which can be confusing and unlessused regularly difficult to remember. The screen is complicated.The sound is rather on the quiet side and having some age related hearing loss the speakerphone is essential.If you want a sturdy cordless phone that sits firmly in its cradle ,for general everyday use then this is ideal.If you can't cope with bells and whistles and frippery it is confusing.

We needed a additional handset to add to our network, having just switched to full fibre with digital voice, and this phone is perfect. Very easy to use, good clear sound and ring tone loud enough. Very easy to pair with the base unit. All in all very happy.
