Perfect fit! Great quality product!
Great product! Fixed my toilet from dripping down the back of the toilet bowl. Easy fix! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Good way to save money
Fits well, easy to install, it has stopped the problems that I was having, much cheaper to do something like this yourself with a little help from youtube to identify the problem and how to fix

It works.
Used it to replace an old broken toilet seal, due to which the toilet was constantly leaking, and it stopped it immediately. I had gone around several specialist plumbing shops that were no use at all, as our system was quite old and they said the seal required is unstandard. Was encouraged by a customers picture of the same system we had, saying it wirked for them. It still ocassionally gets stuck and remains running, but very rarely, and i think it is more down to the rest of the system getting jammed for some reason. The seal itself is brilliant, although i had to install it on the old clip rather than new one, as couldnt get the former out:)

Stopped water leaking into bowl
Saved us a fortune in being able to repair ourselves and the water bill. Easy to fit and did exactly what we wanted it to do. Our toilet was constantly leaking into the bowl and refilling. This stopped the water leaking, also seemed as good a quality than the original part.

Easy, it works.
Slightly larger than the existing seal on our toilet, but still fits within the gap on the system. Measured before buying and there's about a 1cm difference between the two.Easy to fit, even for a novice like me. No more dribble down the back of the toilet bowl. Saved us about £100 on a plumber, so I'm very glad I gave it a go!

Do some research, fix it yourself, and save a lot of money
Excellent. It fixed my overflowing toilet bowl. After minimal research, I fitted it myself and probably saved around £150 in plumbing costs, including callout.

Non-genuine part. Quality & performance TBC
So I didn’t read the description properly and was surprised when a non-genuine part arrived.Bought as a spare for stock, so when fitted will find out if it is better or worse than the IdealStandard part.Great price though 👍
