Is exactly as advertised. One solid piece. Although the weight holder (screw thing) can loosen itself with repeated reps leaving you to have to retighten after each set. But this is common with bars that use threads instead of clamps. The bar does have a thin layer of some sort of oily substance so I recommend wiping the bar down

The bends on the bar are shallow, not angular as shown in the product photo. Also, the collar nuts are a bit loose. They are loose enough to rattle on the threads. If you are looking for a slightly angled short bar, this is good enough. But, if you are looking for a bar with greater angles to focus on specific muscle groups, I would look at other options.

Great bar, Did need to remove the rubber gaskets on the "locks" they came loose if the weight spun a little bit. removed the gaskets. using another weight like a hammer all good now, reps with no loosening of the lock collar
