Easy to change, replaceable tuft. Tufts could be a bit longer - I've got large adult teeth!

This brush is so useful for cleaning the brackets and wires of fixed braces. It reaches into all the gaps and spaces. The bristles are nice and soft but the brush holds its pointed shape. I alternate this brush with my electric toothbrush interdental head (Oral B brand which I also highly recommend). This gives my gums a rest when they are feeling tender. The best feature of this brush is that the brush heads are replaceable. Simply screw a new one into the handle. The amount of plastic waste is greatly reduced. There are 12 brush heads in the pack so should last me about a year. Great value. I wish Tepe would sell just the brush heads separately to the reusable handle to save even more plastic waste.

Pros: Good quality handle and brush heads, lots of replacement heads provided, angled head can help reach behind back teeth.Cons: Brush thickness larger than expected and not suitable for between all teeth gaps, the screw in mechanism to attach the brush heads to the handle can lead to the head being misaligned.

Just what my family member needed for perfect brace care. Brushes are perfect and fit in all those pesky spaces. Would highly recommend. Item arrived promptly.

My Hygienist recommended this to me as the best brush to get to the back of my teeth and into the spaces I was missing with normal brushes. To date have not used but am sure they will work well.
