Do Not Buy This Product
I usually do not prefer to comment on products. But I was looking for a product like this and purchased this just because of the brand name and product material. To be frank I have been let down. I have used this product only 4 times and the top part has already cracked. It's useless now.Very thin material and it is not pure brass. Very bad finishing.

For the sake of a perfect cuppa filter coffee
I love the aroma and flavour of filter coffee. I was looking for a filter coffee maker to brew my cuppa coffee daily and I stumbled upon this coffee maker during my search. There were no reviews, but I took chance with the brand name ‘Lavazza.’ I ordered this with MRP price and got it delivered the very next day @ Bhubaneswar. This device is now one of my prized possessions. I found it very useful in brewing my coffee and bringing the rich aroma. I am happy with my purchase decision. I recommend that coffee lovers can try this filter coffee maker to brew their cup of coffee daily.Thanks 🙏🏾

Poor and cheap build quality
Build quality is very poor. Handel for the inner filter is poorly welded. Upper container holes were filled with black brass polish paste. The polish was not cleaned off before packing and it can be a serious health hazard. Even after multiple washes the black polish paste is still remaining in the holes. Not at all expecting to receieve such a poorly built product, seems like minimum quality checks were also not made. Totally disappointed and a waste of money for Rs.1400/-.
