great quality, works well if you google and follow instructions on using heatless foam roller. But they gave me great curl and it lasted for 2 days. It can be time consuming to do but it is worth it once you get finished.

I used these to give myself a fake perm for an 80's themed prom party. Worked perfect. No one knew my hair is normally straight. These gave me the exact curl needed to replicate a perm from the 80s.

I bought these on a whim since I had an event to attend to the next morning. They worked great and truly did hold up to my expectations. Only reason to deduct one star is because they were NOT comfortable to sleep in. I would say use these all day maybe 8-12 hours before an event but definitely not to sleep in. They’re rubber/foam outside but a thin metal inside so it feels kinda hard on your head when you lay your head down. Other than that, I would still recommend. My hair was washed that night and I applied a hair frizz serum and mousse to the sections I was rolling.

Lol, I just about gave myself a1980s perm with these.I have long straight hair. Below the bra strap.I used the flat coil method to wrap them like a spiral.I added about a tablespoon of extreme hold gel to 8 oz water to make a light spray gel. As I sectioned each piece to wrap I misted it with the spray gel. I ended up using about 26 rods in total.I left them in 3 hours because I was curious and not known for my patience. Boy did I have curls. LolWhen removing them I made sure to unwind them with a twist motion rather than just unroll them. It definitely defines the curl.Then I just combed my fingers through to separate the curls. I didn't take time to do anything special or try to style it. This is just a quick "proof of concept" thing and will get washed out.I used the pink rods but I might search for some wider ones to try to get a wider coil.They definitely work. 1980's here I come! Lol

These are ok. I don’t love the fact that my hair doesn’t seem to dry with these in. The foam really keeps the moisture in and my hair tends to still be wet when I remove them. They don’t really work for the purpose that I had intended to use them for. Would not repurchase.
